Our suite of service offerings include in the full range of service support options, including 4 & 8 hour response contracts as well as 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 year service agreements, to include parts and labour or labour only agreements. Response Technical Services provides direct on-site service support via its own trained engineers, strategically placed throughout the UK.
In addition to offering contractual support at competitive prices, Response Technical Services also offer a non contractual repair service. Non- contract service calls are normally responded to within 3 working days. Call out fees are fixed and labour is charged in 30 minute intervals making Response Technical Services one of the most price competitive service providers in the industry.
